1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a service. By booking with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Services Offered
We provide:

• Online booking of shikara rides in Alappuzha, Kerala

• Custom tour packages and sightseeing trips

• Add-on services (e.g., food, guides, pickup)

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.

• Prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are accepted via online methods such as UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.

• A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent upon successful booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.

• 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours in advance.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip or in case of no-show.

• In the event of cancellations due to weather or operational issues, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to:

• Arrive on time

• Treat boat staff and property respectfully

• Avoid littering or disruptive behavior

• Comply with local laws and safety instructions

We reserve the right to refuse service without a refund for violations.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including text, images, logos, and videos are the intellectual property of Alleppey Shikara Club or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your trip

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or external factors beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.
